I am very proud of my latest discovery > Mary McCarthy's soup from The Leaf Store in Elwood, Melbourne. This soup is absolutely delicious and super nutritious.
The only downside (there's always one!), is that it will set you back $15 for 1 x 750ml container. Clean living and eating is absolutely the way, but it ain't cheap! I get 3-4 full meals out of one container, working out at approx. $4.20 per meal - which isn't too bad when you break it down. The chili and turmeric are what make this soup! Enjoy!
