FACE OF FACTS - foundation faves.

FOUNDATION:

When it comes to foundation I have always been a ‘mixer’. I am this way for two reasons. Number one: I believe all products (so far) do some things better than others and it’s all about finding what works for YOUR skin – this can also vary on a daily basis (dryness, matte Vs shine etc.). Number two: I love a good spray tan. This means my skin colour literally changes from day-to-day as it fades! Not only do I have my favourite products, but I also vary the shades to achieve a more accurate colour match. Two of my favourite foundations are Giorgio Armani - Designer Lift Smoothing Firming Foundation SPF20 (available at David Jones & online) and Chanel – Perfection Lumiere Long Wear SPF 10 (available at MYER, David Jones & online). These two products provide fantastic coverage, are long-wearing and maintain a fresh glow throughout the day.

CONCEALER:

For concealer, I love Inglot’s Cream Concealer (available in-store & online www.inglot.com.au). I apply this after my foundation has dried with small concealer brush to highlight/lighten key zones. Most importantly, under my eyes, a light brush stroke down the center of my nose and any red spots that need covering. This cream is smooth and nourishing and provides an amazing level of coverage. This product lasts me 1-2 months (daily use) and it’s only $32 – bargain!
